How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?
EU – 12€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
Europe – 14€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
United States, Canada – 18€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
Australia, New Zealand – 25€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
Central & South America – 25€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
Asia, Africa – 18€ – 1-3 days (DHL Express)
What is your Domestic Delivery Policy?
(Goods value for orders over 100€) – FREE.
(Orders under 100€) – 1 to 3 working days – 6€ (ACS).
At Oppali it is our aim to provide the very best customer service, all stock items will be despatched within 48 hours of ordering. Most orders are despatched same day and received next day.
All quoted delivery dates of 1 to 3 working days and 3 to 7 working days excludes weekends and public holidays (bank holidays).
Please note that once an order has been dispatched you will not be able to cancel the order, it must be returned for a refund. In the event of a delivery being refused a 8€ charge will applied.
How can I return an item?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
This means that you can return any unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund.
All returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions
- The items are undamaged in the original packaging and fit for resale.
- The return carriage is payable by the customer.
- All item(s) are returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please remember to include a copy of your sales order with the returns in order for us to identify the sender of the goods.
We will credit your payment card account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Products required next day?
Next day delivery is our standard carrier service for domestic(Greek) orders, however please do contact us first to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet your order requirements. Please note that you will need to be at your delivery address when the goods are delivered as our carrier will require a signed receipt for proof of delivery. We are able to deliver to an alternate delivery address if you will not be at home to receive your order.
Please ensure that someone is able to receive the goods on the day of delivery, you will be notified by email or text (if requested) with an ETA of the order. If the carrier cannot deliver the goods because no one is available to accept delivery you would need to contact us to rearrange a suitable delivery date. If delivery cannot be made or delivery is refused a further delivery charge will be made or deducted from any credit to recover our costs incurred.
We are able to deliver to a separate address if you are not at home during the working hours.
