Use the form below to submit a return for a refund or an exchange request for an order placed on oppali.com.
Before submitting your request, please review our Return Policy.
Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order, select the appropriate request type and provide all the required information, including the reason for your request.
Refund Request
Select “Refund Request” if you wish to return one or more products and receive a refund.
Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.
Exchange Request
Select “Exchange Request” if you wish to receive a different product, length, finish or variation, or if you need a replacement for a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any applicable price difference, return shipping cost or replacement shipping cost will be communicated to you before the exchange is processed.
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will not be charged any return or replacement shipping costs.
What happens next?
Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you by email with the next steps. If the product needs to be returned, we will send you the return shipping label and the relevant instructions.
Please do not return any products before receiving our instructions.
